Oh, and firing your butt in personal trainer language is about engaging the muscles. So, for example 'fire your butt' is basically 'tighten your ass'. You get it right? And so will Wentworth if he comes within a mile of you.

"Wentworth" cracks me up--as a name. Somehow when I see his picture I'm thinking something along the lines of "Stone" or "Blake" or "Trevor" and Wentworth sounds so Rockefeller. Love it.
