Share your turkey tales!

Mom Central teamed up with Electrolux in a quest for the perfect turkey! I have made Thanksgiving dinner at my house every year now for the last 14 years, so I have tried making turkey many different ways. For me, it seems like something always goes awry. (Last year, I gave up completely and just served pork loin.) It seems like the turkey is either too dry, too dark, or still frozen in the middle (yes, that actually happened to me).
