I can’t believe it is the end of October already. With that, comes the cold weather, and you may begin to notice that your kids are spending a lot more time indoors. My allergies tend to be worse in the fall and winter because I’m not able to spend as much time outside. Indoor allergies flourish when you’re cooped up in the house.

Thanks for sharing that tidbit. I have six dogs (stupid, I know) and my husband has asthma. That spray would be very helpful.
